आईएएस क्या है- IAS kya hai

हमारे देश में सबसे कठिन और प्रतिष्ठित परीक्षा IAS (UPSC) मानी जाती है , जो संघ लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है ! संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) भारत की केंद्रीय संस्था है , यह संस्था सीविल परीक्षा IAS , IPS, IFS , NDA , CDS जेसे लगभग 24 पदों के लिए परीक्षा का आयोजन करवाता है |

IAS exam – यह संस्था सिविल परीक्षा को तीन चरणों में पूरा करवाती है:

1. प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (Preliminary Examination)
2. मुख्य परीक्षा (Main Examination)
3. साक्षात्कार (Interview)

सिविल परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने वाला परीक्षार्थी या उम्मीदवार IAS या अन्य अधिकारी बनाये जाते है |

आईएएस के कार्य ?

IAS बनने के बाद IAS अधिकारी संसद में बनने वाले कानूनो को अपने इलाको या शहरों में लागू करवाते है तथा इसके साथ नए कानून व् नीतिया बनाने में भी अपना योगदान देते है !

IAS का पाठ्यक्रम (सिलेबस) 2019

UPSC द्वारा आयोजित सिविल परीक्षा में नई परीक्षा प्रणाली के अनुसार वर्तमान में प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में दो प्रश्नपत्र होते है, यह क्वालीफाइंग पेपर के रूप में होते है , दोनों प्रश्नपत्र 200 – 200 अंको के होते है !

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में वस्तुनिष्ठ (ऑब्जेक्टिव) प्रश्न पूछे जाते है , जिसमें हमे 4 जवाबों में से किसी एक सही जवाब का चयन करना होता है !

• पहले प्रश्नपत्र (सामान्य अध्ययन ) में 2-2 अंको के 100 प्रश्न होते है ,
• तथा दुसरे प्रश्नपत्र (CSAT) में 2.5-2.5 अंको के 80 प्रश्न होते है !
• दोनों प्रश्नपत्रो में नेगेटिव (मायनस मार्किंग) रहती है !

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र

पहला प्रश्नपत्र – सामान्य अध्ययन (GENERAL STUDIES)

• वर्तमान मामले (CURRENT AFFAIRS) – राष्ट्रीय और अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय महत्व की वर्तमान घटनाये !
• सामान्य विज्ञान (GENERAL SCIENCE)
• भारत का इतिहास (HISTORY OF INDIA)
• पर्यावरण (ENVIRONMENT) – जलवायु परिवर्तन , जैव विविधता , पर्यावरण पारिस्थिकी !
• भारतीय राजनीति और शाशन (INDIAN POLITY & GOVERNANCE) – संविधान, राजनीतिक प्रणाली , पंचायती राज आदि !
• विश्व और भारतीय भूगोल (GEOGRAPHY) – अधिकारों के मुद्दे , भारत और दुनिया के आर्थिक व् भोतिक भूगोल !
• सामाजिक विकास और आर्थिक (SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT & ECONOMIC) – सामाजिक क्षेत्र की पहल , सतत विकास , समावेश , जनसांख्यकी और गरीबी |

दूसरा प्रश्नपत्र – सिविल सेवा अभिवृत्ति परीक्षा (CIVIL SERVICES APTITUDE TEST) या CSAT

1. समस्या को हल करना और निर्णय लेना (PROBLEM SOLVING OR DECISION MAKING)
2. सामान्य मानसिक योग्यता (GENERAL MENTAL ABILITY)
3. समझ (COMPREHENSION)
4. डेटा व्याख्या (DATA INTERPRETATION)
5. विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता और तार्किक तर्क (ANALYTICAL & LOGICAL REASONING)
6. संचार कोशल सहित पारस्परिक कोशल (INTERPERSONAL SKILLS INCLUDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS)

मुख्य परीक्षा के प्रश्नपत्र

सिविल सेवा परीक्षा का दूसरा चरण मुख्य परीक्षा होती है , प्रारंभिक परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होने के पश्चात् ही मुख्य परीक्षा दे सकते है , इसके लिए उम्मीदवारो को लगभग 2 से 3 महीने का समय दिया जाता है , जिस प्रकार प्रारंभिक परीक्षा पूरी तरह वस्तुनिष्ठ (OBJECTIVE) प्रश्न पर आधारित होती हे|

उसके विपरीत मुख्य परीक्षा अलग–अलग शब्द सीमा वाले वर्णात्मक प्रश्न पूछे जाते है ,जिसमें अपने शब्दों में हमें उत्तर लिखना होता है | इसमें सफल होने के लिए अच्छी लेखन शेली की आवश्यकता होती है! IAS की परीक्षा में विषयों का चयन एक महत्वपूर्ण चरण होता है , इसी पर आपकी सफलता निर्धारित होती है | आईएएस की पूरी जानकारी होना बहुत आवश्यक है |

साक्षात्कार (Interview)

UPSC परीक्षा को पास करना बहुत कठिन होता है, प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षा पास करने के बाद साक्षात्कार लिया जाता है, IAS एग्जाम या UPSC का अंतिम चरण इंटरव्यू होता है, जिसमें सफल होने पर आपकी नोकरी पक्की हो जाती है, IAS एग्जाम के इंटरव्यू का कोई पैटर्न नही होता है, ये किसी भी विषय से जुड़ा हो सकता है, इंटरव्यू के सवाल थोड़े अलग टाइप के हो सकते है|

किन्तु उम्मीदवारो का चयन इसी के आधार पर किया जाता है, कई सवाल स्थिति के अनुसार भी हो सकते है जिसमें आपकी सोचने की क्षमता तथा मानसिक सतर्कता व् बुद्धिमता का आंकलन किया जाता है, तथा आपकी हाजिर जवाबी का भी पता लगाया जाता है |

उम्मीदवार प्रारंभिक और मुख्य परीक्षा पास करने के बाद इंटरव्यू के लिए चुना जाता है।

What is IAS- what is IAS?

The most difficult and prestigious test in our country is considered as the IAS (UPSC), organized by the Union Public Service Commission! Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is the central body of India, this institution organizes examination for nearly 24 posts, such as the Civil Examination IAS, IPS, IFS, NDA, CDS.

IAS exam - This institution completes the Civil Examination in three phases:

Preliminary Examination

Main Examination

Interview

The candidate or candidate who passes the Civil Examination is made IAS or other officer.

IAS work?

After becoming an IAS, the IAS officers make the laws in Parliament made in their locales or cities, and they also contribute in creating new laws or policies!

Course of IAS (Syllabus) 2019

According to the new examination system in the Civil Examination conducted by the UPSC, there are currently two question papers in the preliminary examination, it is in the form of qualifying paper, both the papers are of 200 - 200 marks!

Objective questions are asked in the initial examination, in which we have to choose one of the 4 answers correctly!

The first question paper (general study) consists of 100 questions of 2-2 numbers,

And the second question paper (CSAT) has 80 questions of 2.5-2.5 points!

Negative marking remains in both papers!
